Established in 1998, 4K Programs is a non-profit, tax-exempt organization dedicated to improving the social and economic vibrancy of cities and their surrounding areas. The organization provides diverse instructional programming that offers individuals and families of all backgrounds an opportunity to develop essential skills for success and well-being.

Social Impact

Our overall community service spans over several years where we have utilized our resources in excess of 2.5 million dollars annually in the area of academic programing, health and wellness activities and athletic teams.  Our experience results in increases in student testing scores of 1.3 letter grades, leadership development in youth, communities and families through athletics, health and wellness food and diet awareness and holiday giveaways.

Leadership Team

The 4K program Leadership Teams are a staple within our repertoire of services. The development of various teams that address numerous issues such as youth development, community service issues, health care and awareness teams. Utilizing administrators, teachers, and our own staff members we make important governance decisions in cooperation with our schools, activity centers, and/or those who lead and coordinate community improvement initiatives.

Partners

Over the years 4K programs has cultured and maintained several partners that assist in the core building blocks to our success. 4K partners pool money, skills, and other resources together to meet our designated business goals and objectives. Our partners consist of private business owners, city and state counsel persons, organizations such as schools, government and other not for profit organizations.  Needless to say, we value our partners for their individual commitment and the ability to expand our global reach.
Nathan C. Phillips

Nathan C. Phillips is the Executive Operator of 4K Programs. He is also the CEO of NLL Enterprise, a corporate and organization development consulting company where he has served a multitude of clients within Cuyahoga County, Mohoning County in Ohio, Philadelphia School District and the Washington DC School District.

He is the President of No Limit Leaders Youth Organization, where he has served & trained through his leadership development curriculum, over fifteen thousand young people since 1997. He has over twenty years of experience in Community and Youth Development from nonprofit to for profit involvement. His specialty is designing customized curriculums for clients to meet their needs under specific Grant requirements.

He is the author of the book “Giving up is no Option, Your Purpose is calling”, a universal guide to moving beyond the obstacles of life.

He provides leadership development, character building, Power of networking, strategic planning and attitude elevation workshops to name a few to community-based organizations, corporations, Higher learning institutions and private group setting clients.

Over the past fifteen years, he has received numerous awards, certifications, magazine & community publication features and outstanding service honors.

Kendall Fayne

Kendall Fayne is the athletic coordinator for 4K Programs. Kendall has served as a top-notch customer service represented for over three years with Infiniti of Beachwood, a Bernie Moreno Company. He has attained critical skills in the following areas; Leadership, technical, interpersonal, problem solving, prioritizing, dependability and communication.

At the age of three, Kendall was able to obtain his first glimpse in athletics and continued through high school and into college. He is a successful three sport varsity athlete in basketball, football and track & field. He is a graduate of Aurora High School. As a freshman, he started on the Ohio State University-Mansfield Campus men's basketball team. He currently attends Cuyahoga Community College and is working to obtain a degree in Business Management.

Kendall is one of the four inspirations behind the creation of 4K Programs.
